Cancellation & No Show Policy:



A valid credit card is required to confirm each reservation. On confirmation, a refundable deposit will be charged to the card. The balance due will be payable direct to the hotel on departure.



Peak Season; (20 Dec to 5 Jan)



The 2 nights refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.

- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Baht. 500 (whichever is greater).

- For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

- No Shows; the deposit will be non-refundable.

- Early check out; 1 additional night room rate will be charged, payable direct to the hotel on departure.





High Season; (01 Nov to 30 Apr)



The 1 night refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.

- If the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater).

- For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

- No Shows; the deposit will be non-refundable.

- Early check out; 1 additional night room rate will be charged, payable direct to the hotel on departure.





All Other Times



The 1 night refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
